Cena had a wonderful answer to this. He said, “Yes, I can. I go to dinner myself a lot, as a matter of fact, that’s the one thing I love. I go right to the bar, I got right in the middle of everything. People are genuinely good and I guess I’m the half-full type of guy.”
John Cena once said his me-time is when he loves to interact with the fans
In 2018, John Cena appeared on the Sports Illustrated Media Podcast. After saying the above words, the host asked Cena does he thinks people vary from city to city. The SI host also recalled other celebrities explaining the difference between people from different cities.
Cena replied, “That defines caring. When I leave the house, I hope that’s always there (people with phones clicking his pictures). Because if that’s always there is means I can still work. But what I mean when people are good is, all they really wanna do is say ‘Hello’.
Moreover, he added, “If I’m out enjoying myself, especially alone that pretty much says that time is on my side. So if you wanna come over and say ‘Hi’ totally cool. That’s the thing that people don’t get, that’s why I sit at an open bar and not in a private room because I’m not an unapproachable person.”
This explains a lot of things about Cena. He is a babyface of WWE for more than a decade because of being a people’s person. Additionally, The Cenation Leader has granted over 600 wishes through the Make-A-Wish foundation.
