Dwayne Johnson loves making jokes all the time to keep the people around him happy. Be it in the ring or away from it, The Rock’s witty sense of humor is something to behold. But recently, ‘The Brahma Bull’ channeled his WWE persona to make an “absolutely horrible joke” in front of a police officer, which created a tense situation. 

The Great One shared a video on his Instagram, in which he had a conversation with a police officer. In his Instagram caption, he shared the officer being a part of the “bomb squad”. It was “XFL Game Day” and The WWE legend was “rollin’ up to the stadium” for the same. Therefore, the officer was checking “the vehicle for any bombs or weapons,” when Johnson made the joke.

As DJ arrived in his car, the police officer asked, “Can you please do me a favor and put in park for me and make sure the doors are unlocked?” DJ replied, “I can, and I got a lot of guns in here.” And while flexing his biceps he added, “These kind.”

This surely made the police officer laugh. The Rock added, “There’s always room for a cheesy joke, I know. You’re welcome.”

He further paid his respects writing, “All love, gratitude and respect for our men and women keeping us all safe 🙏🏾❤️” Followed by the hashtags “#xfl #gameday #tickets2thegunshow.”

It was a surprising moment for the police officer. However, as per a comment on his Instagram post, only DJ can get away with these types of jokes.

Dwayne Johnson gives an impactful XFL opening day speech 

XFL is a dream for The Rock so that he can create opportunities for several athletes who were number 54 in the NFL draft. As per DJ, during his time 53 players were drafted in the NFL and he considers himself number 54.

In his opening-day speech, he shared the same and motivated the athletes, saying, “They said your dream was over, I say your dream is just beginning.”

This one line was enough for the XFL athletes to feel it and show their hunger for the game. XFL is surely making a huge name and is already loved by the fans. One of the prime examples is AJ McCarron who is grateful to DJ for providing him with this opportunity.
