In 2015, Dwayne Johnson shared a video on his Instagram showing his injury. This was on the set of his 2016 movie Central Intelligence when he showed his twisted finger to his fans.
In the video, Johnson said, “I just stopped offset, my director Rawsen Thurber just ran up to me, we had a little accident,” Johnson says in the clip, before panning down to his gruesome injury. “He said ‘are you bleeding?’ I said ‘bleeding? I ain’t got time to bleed.’ Alright, let’s pop this son-of-a-b—- back in.”
Furthermore, this was the time DJ wrote small captions for his posts. He wrote, “I ain’t got time to bleed..”

This was not an actual injury, as it was from a part of the movie. The Rock later confirmed with Variety that the ‘injury’ was just a prosthesis. He was just pranking his fans.
Johnson has a crooked finger in the scene where Agent Pamela Harris played by actress Amy Ryan interrogates Bob Stone played by The Rock. She uses Stone’s torture techniques against the CIA agent himself.

In the movie Central Intelligence, Johnson played a CIA contract killer. He reunites with his high school friend, Calvin Joyner, played by Kevin Hart, an accountant, whom he eventually recruits into a covert operation. This was the first movie Johnson and Hart worked on together.

The Rock is playing the titular role in the upcoming DC movie Black Adam
Since then, there is no stopping for The Great One to leave any movies. However, after the massive of Black Adam, a few movies are in plans. Those films are Red One, the San Andreas sequel, and Jumanji’s next installment.
It’s almost the end of 2022 and DJ hasn’t signed up for many movies. This indicates that there is a high possibility The Rock returns to WWE to face Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 39.
