Black Adam indeed made a huge mark in the theater. Dwayne Johnson calls the movie that changed the course of the DC Extended Universe. The movie made a good collection at the box office as a DC film. But a month later Black Panther: Wakanda Forever nearly outranked Black Adam in one weekend at the box office.

Ryan Coogler’s second MCU film is making new records at the box office in two weeks. After its second weekend, Black Panther : Wakanda Forever crossed Dwayne Johnson’s Black Adam’s entire collection.
ScreenRant shared the tweet writing, “Just one week after its release, #BlackPanther #WakandaForever has already surpassed the worldwide total of #BlackAdam”
The Black Panther sequel hit the theaters last week and collected a total of $330 million until last weekend. However, Black Adam in its entire one-month collection is $352 million last week. As of now, Coogler’s film had earned $400.4 million and Johnson’s movie earned $354 million. Therefore, there has been a regular online debate between the MCU and DCEU fans about the movies.

Black Panther: Wakanda Forever is a sequel to its first established story. Moreover, it belongs to a studio that has created a universe between its movies and series since 2008. Hence, Coogler’s movie is getting a lot of recognition worldwide and earned a whooping amount in its first weekend.
However, Black Adam was an origin story of a new character introduced in the DCEU. Additionally, The Rock’s inclusion as the main character in the film gave the movie a bit more recognition than normal. Also, DJ promoted the movie worldwide by doing some tours and appearing in several interviews.

Fans support Dwayne Johnson for his Black Adam movie over the Black Panther sequel
The fans too came to unite to support Black Adam after Black Panther outranks the DCEU movie. They talked about the different scenarios of the films, which helped them have the box office collection they have now.
Let’s be honest. Marvel is an established brand already. Like apple. Whatever they produce will be “consumed” by us (eagerly). DCEU hasn’t established a proper “brand” yet, it’s not attractive to movie goers yet. Just a pov.

But it's actually the worser movie; they should have just called it '2 Funerals & a Super-Samoan' coz THAT ain't Namor! I wouldn't sit through that contrived lamentation a 2nd time, but I would watch Black Adam again despite some of its extremely corny scenes and dialogue.

Surprisingly, not just all the fans but Dwayne Johnson himself is proud of Black Adam’s success. He took it upon his social media to congratulate the MCU movie for outranking his film at the box office. As per The Rock, he was just glad the movie made an enormous success. Moreover, Black Adam sequel and Black Adam are the two top trending movies in the world right now.
