Marvel vs DC fans have a lifelong feud over which studio is the best. Moreover, the two studios are huge names in creating superhero genre films. Therefore, after an unfortunate turn of events for Black Adam, The Rock might consider this.
A few weeks back, ‘The Brahma Bull’ even congratulated Marvel for the success of Black Panther. However, he had also taken a shot at the MCU fans in an interview to promote Black Adam, while it was yet to be filmed.
Back in 2013, Marvel Studios President Of Production, Kevin Feige had said to Collider about looking forward to working with Johnson. He said he was impressed by The Rock, and would love to have him for an MCU film.

Nevertheless, this is just a comment by the WWE legend. There is no confirmation of him entering Marvel as of now. Meanwhile, it seems there will be a long gap before Black Adam returns to the big screen.
