“He Gets Very Nervous Working With Me”: Female Hollywood Star Once Left Dwayne Johnson Dumbstruck After the Rock’s Trolling Remarks

Dwayne Johnson has a great ability to make his co-stars comfortable with him while filming a movie. It makes the co-stars and The Rock easy to form chemistry working with each other. However, once a top Hollywood actress revealed an annoying trait of Johnson while they were filming a movie. The Black Adam star was speechless upon the actress revealing his secret.

A year ago, in 2021, Dwayne Johnson and Emily Blunt gave an interview to Jake’s Takes while promoting Jungle Cruise. The host, Jake Hamilton, asked the stars similar to the movie characters did they got over with each other’s annoying habits while filming Jungle Cruise to get the job done.

After a pause, Johnson said, “How she breathes.” Upon hearing this, Blunt made a surprised face, revealing The Rock’s annoying habit. She replied, “His gas! He gets very nervous working with me. So he wasn’t constant, and we’d have to pretend he was (starts laughing)”

The WWE legend’s face became a bit pale while saying, “Wow, you went there. That was not right. That was different but, you’re talking about this.”

It seems it was a real secret that Blunt revealed in the interview, as DJ was quiet after she said it. Moreover, the British actress wasn’t able to stop laughing after saying it and couldn’t over the fact The Rock was nervous while working with her.

Nevertheless, the duo became great friends over the course of one movie. Everyone around the world saw how much they enjoyed filming and promoting the film. The fans are excited to see DJ and Blunt in another movie project in the near future.

Dwayne Johnson was a huge fan of Emily Blunt for years

While The Rock jokes around Emily Blunt, he is one of her biggest fans. Johnson saw Devil Wears Prada and locked his eyes on her, thinking he’d share the screen with The British Actress someday.

He said to The Hollywood Reporter, “I had always admired her as an actor, but also when I would watch her on talk shows, she had this personality that was effervescent, that was cool and very, very charming.”

Unfortunately, Blunt had rejected the Jungle Cruise project initially. However, it was DJ who took efforts alongside the director Jaume Collet-Serra to get her for Jungle Cruise. The Great One ever filmed a short video and shared it with her, asking her to sign the film.

Blunt had planned to take a break after filming Mary Poppins Returns and A Quiet Place back-to-back. However, after looking at the script and the efforts of DJ and Serra she decided to do the film.
