Fellow DCEU Actor Wants To ‘Punch The Rock In The Face’ Amidst Fraud Allegations Against Dwayne Johnson

Black Adam hit the theatres at the end of October this year. This movie was a dream project of Dwayne Johnson for almost a decade. The movie had mixed reviews from the fans and critics, but everyone was glad Shazam villain finally made the big screen.

However, The Rock made the fans happy by re-introducing Henry Cavill as Superman in the end credits. But one of the DCEU actors recently shared that he wanted to “punch The Rock in the face”.

The allegations recently surrounded Johnson by Warner Bros. for leaking the profit numbers to the media.

Zachary Levi wants to Punch Dwayne Johnson in a Shazam vs Black Adam face-off

DC show whichever villain in a Black Adam movie, the Teth Adam character is an arch-rival of Shazam. The story of these two characters goes far long in the comics and Zachary Levi is ready to do the same with Dwayne Johnson in the DCEU.

The 42-year-old actor commented on Shazam vs Black Adam’s face-off at Comic Con Portugal. FandomWire shared about what he said, “I have no idea. I wish I had that power of decision, but I don’t. I was just lucky to get the job, very blessed. But obviously I’d like to punch The Rock in the face!”

Levi who plays the Shazam version of 14-year-old Billy Batson in DCEU has reprised his role in the sequel. DC had plans to show Black Adam in the first Shazam movie, but they later canceled it. 

However, with Black Adam finally introduced to the fans and Shazam is ready with a sequel, we can count them together in a future movie. Even Johnson will be on board to have Shazam vs Black Adam first and later a film with Superman.

Similar, to Shazam, Black Adam also hyped the DC fans for a long time. Even though the film hasn’t been the same for some as they expected, it surely has opened doors for new characters. Moreover, a third Shazam film or a Black Adam sequel might show a war between the characters.

Shazam or Black Adam: Which movie earned more at the box office?

The Teth Adam opened with a bang and was the top movie worldwide for three weeks straight. Black Adam, until now, has earned a box office collection of $389 million worldwide. Moreover, the production cost of the film is around $190 million to $230 million.

The 2019 film Shazam earned a box office collection of $366 million. Also, the production cost for the film was around $80 million to $100 million. The film was a box office success and even got positive reviews.

Nevertheless, Black Adam is still running in a few theatres, but it is safe to say, Shazam has an upper hand in making more profit.
