He has given blockbuster movies and legendary matches The Brahma Bull shared good news about his energy drink brand. The Rock, whose ZOA energy brand is making a noise in the energy drink industry, it achieved a milestone.

In the recent talk with CNBC, Johnson shared ZOA Energy made $100 million retails sales. He said, “We decided that our lead foot must be transparency that I would like to say is not on the can you won’t see on the can. So we have done incredibly well.”

He added, “Knock on wood, we have had a tremendous first year and we have crossed a $100 million in retail sales. We have a lot of work ahead of us but things are trending really nicely that the equity of trust that we have been able to built nicely with our consumer.”

This is clearly a huge moment for the Black Adam actor as a businessman. Moreover, DJ also announced about ZOA being the official energy drink partner of XFL next month.

Why The Rock started ZOA Energy drink brand?

DJ told the story behind why he started this brand. He recalled him, Dany Garcia, Dave Rienzi, and John Shulman were fans of energy drinks. However, being a huge advocate of health, he had doubts.

Johnson said, “There was a growing renaissance in terms of trust. I wasn’t sure in terms of what exactly I was drinking and I was getting tired of the proprietary blend in the energy drinks. So we decided to make out own.”

Surprisingly, the brand succeeded and today made $100 million retails sales with 138% growth. DJ will surely plan more to grow Zoa for another $100 million.
