Dwayne Johnson’s Heartmelting Gesture For School Girl, Suffering From Leukemia, Whom He Could Not Meet in 2021

Time and time again Dwayne Johnson has proven he is the true ‘People’s Champion.’ He loves and respects his fans, co-stars, and children for which many people admire The Rock. Similarly, Johnson recently did a feel-good gesture with his young fan even though he couldn’t meet.

As per The Daily Nonpareil, an 8-year-old girl Chelsea Craig was detected with leukemia in 2021. On April 21, 2021, Chelsea started chemotherapy at Children’s Hospital & Medical Center. However, the young fan is about to complete her chemotherapy and has wished to meet Dwayne Johnson, her favorite actor.

While she was in her chemotherapy, the hospital gave them a list of organizations that might offer support or resources, including the Make-A-Wish Foundation. Chelsea qualified for Make-A-Wish, and her wish was to meet The Rock.

Unfortunately, DJ was extremely busy in filming his movies, but he didn’t break the young girl’s heart. He made a kind gesture towards Chelsea by sending her a box of gifts, which included clothes, shoes, gym bags, and a water bottle.

Chelsea’s father, Connor Craig, shared how his daughter and his 4-year-old son, Logan loved Johnson’s two movies Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle and Moana. Craig says, “We watch them pretty often. She really liked him in the movie (‘Jumani’). She’s obsessed.”

As of now, Chelsea is about to complete her chemotherapy and waiting to meet her favorite star, Dwayne Johnson. As per Make-A-Wish Foundation said in 2021, ‘The Great One’ won’t be available until next year, i.e. current year 2022.

The 8-year-old’s mother, Laura Craig, says, “She was very excited (to meet Johnson when the moment arrives)” Hope this year during Christmas, The Rock becomes her Santa Claus to give a gift to remember for life.

The Rock is famous amongst the kids. This one gesture made the fact true that children indeed love him. A few months back while he was filming a special project for discovery in Hawaii. There he received a letter written by an 11-year-old fan named Troy Song through his crew.

Song waited near the hotel elevator for hours but wasn’t able to meet his favorite star. However, he wrote his number in the letter so that The Rock could talk to him once he get’s free. Surprisingly, The WWE legend had some other plans i.e. sending gifts.

Johnson read the letter by the 11-year-old fan who is one of his biggest fans who waited in the hotel lobby to meet DJ. He shared a video on his Instagram with a heartfelt message for Song.

The Rock thanked the little fan, saying, “Thank you Troy for this awesome note and I’m super happy that it made its way all the way to my office!”. And as usual, The People’s Champ wrote a beautiful caption as well.
