Dwayne Johnson promoted Black Adam as the film that brings the ‘New Era’ into the DC Extended Universe. Also, The Rock claimed along with the ‘New Era’, the film will bring major changes in the DCEU’s storyline. Surprisingly, it is safe to say he has successfully achieved what he said.
Johnson brought multiple new elements into the movie. The first of it was making a solo Black Adam film and bringing back Henry Cavill, which was appreciated by the fans.

Recently, ‘Discussing Film’ shared a tweet on their Twitter handle, in which they shared original plans for Superman in Black Adam. One can easily say Dwayne Johnson had a major hand in bringing Henry Cavill back to wear the red cape.

Fans saw a headless Superman in the post-credit scene of Shazam!, when the last son of Krypton came in to have lunch with Freddy Freeman at his school. However, it wasn’t Cavill who wore the cape to film the scene. DCEU used a stunt double in the post-credits.
A few days ago, ‘Discussing Film’ uploaded one more post in which they shared that DCEU wad planning a sequel of Superman.
