

Logan Paul is set to have the biggest match of his WWE career only after having an experience of two matches. He will take on Roman Reigns for his Undisputed WWE Universal title in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on November 5th, 2022. However, The YouTuber isn’t just aiming to defeat Reigns but also wants to have a match against his cousin Dwayne Johnson in the future.

The Maverick recently opened up on his wish to face The Rock if he manages to defeat The Tribal Chief at Crown Jewel. He talked about this in an interview with SportBible where the host asked the same question. “Dwayne ‘The Rock Johnson’ baby,” Paul replied in an instant before the interview ends.
Moreover, The Maverick adds, “It has to be because we have so much history. We go way back and he’s larger than life man. I like taking on those types of personalities. So it has to be Dwayne ‘The Rock’ Johnson at WrestleMania.”

When he spoke about history with The Great One, that is known by all the fans around the world. A few years back, Paul and Johnson were great friends.

However, after The Maverick shared a video from Japan’s Aokigahara “su*cide forest” in December 2017, where he even captured a corpse in his video. This had become a controversial thing back then and Logan Paul even received horrific reactions for posting the same.

A few months ago, The Maverick appeared on the True Geordie Podcast where he shed a light on his bitter relationship with The Rock. He started sharing the story by recalling getting a call from his publicist, who also repped DJ.
Furthermore, he reminisced about the publicist telling him Johnson has asked to take down all pictures of them from the YouTuber’s social media. This made the current WWE star upset.

The Maverick said, “So I understood it and that was the other part. I was like fu**. I sleep in the bed you make, right? But I wish I would have gotten like a call or a text or something. Because like I thought, we had a, like a healthy relationship, an open line of communication. And I was so sad that my hero wanted nothing to do with me.”

Paul was upset because The Rock left him high and dry during this period. Therefore, when he recently talked about DJ, many were surprised. If WWE captivates it bringing Paul and Johnson to the same page, this could be a great match.
