The Miz is truly awesome. He was in a precarious situation since he hadn’t won a match in over 6 months. However, that changed as he defeated Tommaso Ciampa in a no-disqualification match on Raw, with the help of Bronson Reed to pick up his first victory after 201 days.

But it looks like beating his long-time nemesis isn’t enough. The Hollywood A-lister now wants to make a mark and win big, in a tournament outside of WWE as well.

The Awesome One will compete in the American Century Championship, also known as the Lake Tahoe golf tournament. The prestigious celebrity golf tournament will take place from July 14th- July 16th at Edgewood Tahoe Golf Course in South Lake Tahoe, Nevada.

The Miz recently took the Twitter space to post a picture with a golf ball. Check out the superstar’s tweet below:

The star-studded event features 80 celebrities from different avenues, including business, sports, and entertainment. This would be a fun occasion where the fans would relish seeing their favorite celebrities play golf in an amicable setting.

This would mark his second straight appearance at the event after his debut last year. After proclaiming to the media that he was going to win, he displayed a rather mediocre showing. However, this year, the Miz would hope to bounce back and improve on his performance by managing his expectations and bettering from last season.

A lot of global icons including Aaron Rodgers, and Travis Kelce among others would take part. Nevertheless, The Miz will aim to overcome adversity on the golf course just as he did in the squared circle recently.

The Awesome one’s long struggle to overcome obstacles

The Miz would once again like to turn the tide and continue with his winning momentum, moving forward in WWE. Before he secured victory over Ciampa, the former lost over 20 matches in 2023, something he would like to avoid.

While he didn’t beat Hawkins and his infamous record for losing 269 matches in a row, the win-loss ratio isn’t truly ‘awesome.’

This win would give the A-Lister a boost in the right direction and with SummerSlam around the corner, the former world champion might just pull off an outstanding performance at Detroit.

The Miz is an all-rounder. He’s a successful WWE superstar, on his way to a hall-of-fame career, and has also achieved success in Hollywood.
