Hulk Hogan is one of the finest athletes in the world who still resemble parts of his prime today. The man has one hell of a physique and it’s pretty evident from looking at him that he can take on 10 ordinary people in a jiffy. His biceps have attracted attention for years. But there are many people who would call wrestling fake compared to other sports where there is no safety.
To counter that, people who know wrestlers personally or have wrestled before, know the risk of being a pro wrestler.

Even wrestling fans and some prior wrestlers mock wrestlers for putting on a show. But this National Rugby League legend claims that Hogan was putting on an act. Not only that, but he even claims that Hogan has fabricated his voice and strength to appear big as well. But let’s see what happened and what’s the context behind this accusation.
This NRL legend drags Hulk Hogan and called him an act
NRL legend, Mark Geyer revealed on the ‘Kyle and Jackie O Show’, his interaction with Hulk Hogan. He said (h/t DailyMail), “As we got out there away from prying eyes, he said ‘Hey mate – just take it easy, will ya – because my arm is gone.’ But he said it like this. And then he goes, ‘Let’s go, brother – I’m gonna take you on in this arm wrestle and beat your ass!’”
When asked if Hogan gave any resistance in the contest, he said, “No, it was all an act, like his voice was… and wrestling. He did say thank you. He said, ‘Thanks for that, brother.’”
While Hogan might have said the same words to Geyer, not all players, even in soccer or rugby, are at their peak level all the time. But the difference with pro wrestlers is that their characters are the reason they get popular. The storylines and characters take precedence over everything else whether that is strength or charisma. That is the reason why WWE is the biggest sports entertainment company in the world.
The company is able to deliver Marvel movies on a monthly basis with the exact same storytelling.
