The storylines, bouts, and overall WWE product have never been more interesting in recent times than they are now, thanks to Triple H’s leadership. It was anticipated that HHH will produce another spectacular PPV of the year since Extreme Rules is one Premium Live event where everything goes extreme. The event’s opening act featured The Brawling Brutes (Sheamus, Ridge Holland, and Butch) vs Imperium (Gunther, Ludwig Kaiser, and Giovanni Vinci) in a six-man tag team, classical Donnybrook match.

It was extremely exciting to see what Sheamus and Gunther would bring to the six-man tag team match after what they had delivered at Clash at the Castle. The match began before the ring bell, which was insane.

The Imperium appeared quite dominant when they began the contest. Along with Kaiser and Vinci, Gunther violently pummeled Sheamus’ chest with chops, leaving Sheamus terribly in pain. Further, quickly, the Imperium made the match seem one-sided.
