Ever since WWE released the news of its 2k23 video game official launch, fans have been eagerly waiting for the product to hit the market. The wrestling video game series is a source of joy for many supporters throughout the WWE universe, as it allows the fan to play as their favorite wrestlers.
WWE regularly uploads little teasers of the video game on its social media accounts, which titillates the fans. However, a certain inaccuracy that involves a popular talent left the fans fuming against the game developers. Fans have voiced their opinions on social media.

WWE 2k23 did not update Dominik Mysterio
As we all know, Dominik Mysterio has come a long way since the summer of last year. A major career turn occurred in the young Mysterio’s career when he went rogue and turned his back on his own father. It was his first time as a heel in the wrestling company.
Following a lot of drama, he joined Rhea Ripley, Finn Balor, and Damian Priest as a member of The Judgement Day. Since then, his personality and attire have been totally different.
The 25-year-old is in 2k23. And 2K Sports, not changing the raw brand star’s old attire in its new video game version, has bothered the fans immensely. For this reason, fans are taking a dig at WWE on Twitter.
You would think the easiest part to update, would be the attire….and still, they can’t even do that.

Fans upset with 2k23 official soundtrack
Mysterio’s suit was not the only thing that upset the WWE Universe. There was another thing that fans showed their discontent with. When WWE released the official soundtrack album for the latest version of the game, the WWE Universe was not so thrilled either.

John Cena, the executive producer of the soundtrack for WWE 2k23, handpicked all the tracks for the game. But fans claimed The Hustle, Loyalty, and Respect Soldier did not do a good job selecting the music.
The 2k23 soundtrack includes a mix of rap, hip-hop, and rock music from some of the top names in the music industry, like Doja Cat and Metallica. Some fans even said that Cena did a terrible job and WWE should not let him pick soundtracks in the future.
