In the middle of the Crown Jewel 2023 PLE, we got a Miz TV segment. The Miz made his way to the ring to interview a famous Arab actor. However, one WWE star could not sit with this taking place and decided to interrupt the interview. This resulted in the actor paying tribute to Dwayne Johnson.

The actor, being native to Saudi Arabia, got a massive pop when The Miz announced him.

Actor Ibrahim Al Hajjaj hits Grayson Waller with Dwayne Johnson’s move

Despite what was announced and speculated ahead of the show, The Miz got a Miz TV segment rather than Grayson Waller. Fans were under the impression that Waller would be the one getting an interview segment with speculations about who the guests could be.

The Miz introduced action Ibrahim Al Hajjaj who is famous for movies like Rashash (2021), Alkhallat+ (2022), and Sattar (2022). As The Miz sat down with actor Ibrahim Al Hajjaj, Waller came out to the ring. After insulting The Miz, he wanted to have the Grayson Waller Effect. There was even a Cristiano Ronaldo reference. However, The Miz was not having it, and Al Hajjaj was on his side.

After a back-and-forth, Waller attacked Al Hajjaj and got into a fight with The Miz. Getting the upper hand, The Miz knocked out Waller with a Skull Crushing Finale. This allowed Al Hajjaj to hit Waller with Dwayne Johnson’s People’s Elbow. That got a massive pop from the crowd.

This all hints towards The Miz’s face turn, which started back on Monday Night RAW after the Gunther interview. Speculation is that The Miz will be going after the Intercontinental Championship, which is why they could be turning his face.

Since The Miz has been in the WWE, his face turn has been something of a rarity. There have been very few instances where Miz has been the good guy in the match or feud. This is mainly because The Miz has perfected being a hell in the WWE. Despite fans booing him, the WWE Universe agrees that heel Miz is the best.

Currently, with Gunther the heel as the champion, the WWE would prefer a babyface to go up against him. This is where The Miz’s face turn comes into play. As a face, the fans would have someone to cheer for in their matches.
