The love for sports is universal. Even the most popular celebrities are never too shy in admitting their appreciation for their favorite sport. Dwayne Johnson is among the list of those famous personalities. A former athlete himself, The Rock never misses an opportunity to interact with popular sports stars.

Johnson was spotted on the sets of his HBO series Ballers along with Tennis Stars Caroline Wozniacki and Eugenie Bouchard in 2015. Tyson was scheduled to defend his WBA Heavyweight title against Evander Holyfield in 1997. But the match is remembered for the infamous incident wherein The Iron Mike bit his opponent’s ear in the strangest of circumstances. Tyson was disqualified for his actions in the bout and temporarily lost his boxing license. The controversial bout would later come to be known as ‘The Bite Fight’.

It’s safe to say that Johnson had no intentions of emulating the boxer, but fans can be forgiven for pointing out the striking resemblance.

The Tennis stars that visited Johnson’s TV Series set

The quintessential superstar’s guests did possess a great pedigree in Tennis. Caroline Wozniacki had multiple appearances in the Grand Slams semis under her belt at the time. She also went on to win the Australian Open in 2018.
