It’s no longer a secret that Arnold Schwarzenegger adores and is passionate about professional wrestling. Fans have witnessed Austrian Oak throughout the years appearing in many promotions and befriending many people in the business, including Hulk Hogan. Similarly, Jesse Ventura, who was one of his friends, to whom Arnold once gave him advice that helped him to earn significant money.

Regarding Schwarzenegger, Ventura lauded him for being the most focused person he has ever encountered in an interview with Graham Bensinger. Graham thus questioned him about what he had learned from him during these years.

He stated, “Well, he taught me to never read a script till the money is right. Otherwise, you wasted your time. Showing everything comes with me with a script. I make sure the money is right before I even read it. Because you’re if you read it, like it, you may be biased about the money then.”

During the Golden Era of professional wrestling, Ventura not only demonstrated his skills in the ring. In addition, he also made friends with Schwarzenegger after leaving the business in 1986 and began a career in Hollywood. The Terminator star had offered Ventura the same advice he had used to amass millions of dollars from the sector during those years.

Both had contributed to the legendary film The Predator, which over time evolved into one of Schwarzenegger’s trademark works. Notably, he had pulled a prank on Ventura during the filming of the movie.

The actors in the Predator shoot connected well with each other, it helped maintain the energy and chemistry on set. During filming, the actors worked out and cracked jokes, and played harmless ribs on one another. Notably, The Terminator was the mastermind behind the practical jokes and set pranks that were performed.

In a similar vein, the Governor urged the cast and crew to maintain the tape measure in front of Ventura while shooting, which suggests his arm size was bigger than Schwarzenegger’s. Ventura was happy to find that his arm was bigger than the seven-time Mr. Olympia champion. However, after a few days, Ventura realized they had tricked him. And that Terminator actually had 3-inch bigger biceps than he did.
