CM Punk didn’t turn up to show his magic at Backlash 2024 in France. However, he was seemingly streaming the PLE from the comfort of his home. This is evident because of his comment on a WWE post. The first match of the PLE was pretty eventful as it introduced a brand new Bloodline member, Tanga Loa.
This is what the Stamford-based company wanted to promote on Instagram. The unexpected debut of Tama Tonga‘s brother was shared on social media and CM Punk found himself commenting in support of Loa. Moreover, he teased the full form of the infamous term ‘MFT’.

Tanga Loa showed up at the PLE when The Bloodline was about to lose. Since The Usos aren’t there anymore to pull off the regular old antics for the heel stable, we saw Loa take up this job. He wreaked havoc in the ‘no disqualification’ match by interrupting and helping out his cousins.
His unexpected appearance caught CM Punk’s attention. When WWE reposted the spot from the match on the official Instagram page, “The Best in the World” commented. The promotion had said in the caption, “TANGA LAO HAS ARRIVED! 😳🩸”
To this, the WWE legend replied via a comment that reads, “My Favorite Tongan!”

Even though the Tongan brothers are winning over the viewers with their chaotic energy, they are not blood-related to The Bloodline.
Tama Tonga and Tanga Loa don’t have the same tattoos
Neither of Haku‘s sons shares the same arm tattoos as the Anoa’i family members. We have seen similar tattoos on all the wrestlers who come from this family. However, the reason why Tama and Loa have different arm tattoos than their cousins in The Bloodline is because they are both Tongans rather than Samoans.
