Sky had a scary fall that might have landed her in a serious injury. The EST of WWE showed the wrestling universe she has immense power as she hit Iyo Sky with a one-arm military press. However, during the impressive spot, Sky fell hard on her face and might have been hurt severely. But the former NXT Women’s Champion completed the match and also did several high spots against Belair.

The San Juan crowd was in support of Io Sky as she received a huge pop during her entrance. Furthermore, Belair was booed inside the Coliseo de Puerto Rico José Miguel Agrelot arena in San Juan, Puerto Rico. Hence, the concerns for the Damage Control member were more after she fell from a height of over 6ft.
Nevertheless, it wasn’t intentional by the RAW Women’s Champion, but several fans thought she should’ve been a bit careful. It was a scary spot that would have ended the career of Iyo Sky on the spot. The WWE universe shared their concerns over this spot.

This outstanding opening match at Backlash Belair and Sky brought the best out of each other. However, the EST of WWE won the match even after interference from Damage Control members, Bayley and Dakota Kai, after she pinned Io Sky.
