AEW All In PPV is just around the corner and the fans are on edge with anticipation and excitement as the event is approaching near. The pace at which Tony Khan is selling the tickets for his London pay-per-view is marvelous and it looks like it is going to be a full house on August 27.

Everything is looking good, and the promotion is all ready to carry out its first event in London this month. However, a small roadblock in the form of fans criticism has hit AEW’s journey to England, as the wrestling world is condemning the Jacksonville-based promotion of spreading lies.

The official tagline for this year’s AEW All In: “The biggest event in wrestling history”

AEW recently released the official tagline for All In PPV and they are calling it “the biggest event in wrestling history.” Certainly, this PPV is going to be a mighty event for the company as it is their first event in England and so far they have already sold 69000+ tickets for the event which will take place at the iconic Wembley Stadium.

However, fans believe that calling it the biggest wrestling event is sort of far-fetched. Every year, WWE – AEW’s rival company – holds WrestleMania, which is by far the biggest yearly event that brings in a massive number of live audiences for two consecutive nights. 

WrestleMania 32 even holds the record for 79,000 paid attendance. Therefore, when AEW released its official tagline for this year’s All In PPV, the wrestling world couldn’t digest it. The fans are bashing AEW and its President on social media for spreading lies among wrestling aficionados.

Fans accuse AEW of false advertising

WrestleMania has always been the biggest attraction in the wrestling world. Khan, in an attempt to surpass the WrestleMania records and draw more attention to his upcoming PPV, made a huge claim that the fans are calling a straight-up lie.

In 2020, WWE billed a match with the tagline “The Greatest Wrestling Match Ever” that featured Randy Orton defeating Edge in a singles match at Backlash. Though the bout was a fantastic one, it could not deliver as the greatest match in history, many fans believe.

An empty arena due to COVID-19 played a major factor in making the fans believe that the match didn’t live up to its potential. Fans believe that the same is going to happen at All In, which is claimed to be the biggest wrestling event ever.
