The time Brodie Lee saved Mustafa Ali from Injury

Both Brodie Lee and Mustafa Ali were a part of the André the Giant Memorial Battle Royal at WrestleMania 35. In the latter stage, Luke Harper was looking to suplex Mustafa Ali over and out of the ring. The tussle continued between the two as Harper tried to pull him up for the Suplex.

Looking at this perfect opportunity, eventual winner Braun Strowman hit a strong big boot on Harper leading him and Mustafa Ali, who was in Harper’s grip, to fall off on the mat. Ali was in an awkward position, and the announcer’s tables were pretty close to the ring.

Fatality saved

Ali could’ve easily hit the table or could’ve gone face first on the mat in that force, but Brodie Lee’s timely adjustment of the fall saved his neck from breaking. He bounced off and hit the table.

Brodie Lee, being the nice and caring person he was, dropped Ali a text to check on him. This is the type of kind hearted man Brodie Lee was. Not only did he have the presence of mind to save his fellow wrestler from getting severely injured, he also had the courtesy to check back on him.

Brodie often messaged to check on Ali. Not just Ali, but he was such a kind man that he always went out of his way to care and make others happy.

In a world where we have wrestlers overselling moves or being ignorant in the ring, Brodie Lee knew the tricks to play it safe for himself and others.
