After 30 years in the pro wrestling business, Chris Jericho remains one of the best in-ring workers. He not only makes the match entertaining but also helps his opponents to ‘look good’ in the ring.
With his patience and reputation, Jericho has remained a precious co-worker to many. However, there was one time when even the ‘Le Champion’ lost his cool. The culprit was none other than Shane McMahon.
It was Survivor Series 2016, Chris Jericho and Kevin Owens were the co-captains of Team RAW for the traditional 5-on-5 brand vs brand elimination match. McMahon was a part of the SmackDown team which was the eventual winner.

Jericho recollected the memory of the match on the Barstool Sports’ From the Top Rope podcast. For some reason, Shane hit Jericho in the face twice and back-to-back.
Jericho rolled down the ring and kicks steps and flips a part of the commentary table. But when he came back in again, Shane-O-Mac punched him in the face for the third time.

Now Jericho had enough. He asked Shane to throw him in the corner and “watch the boot, watch the dropkick.” When Jericho is in the corner, he kicked Shane right in the face and dropped a “Jean-Claude Van Damme double kick” from the second rope, and took down McMahon.
Now, McMahon was dazed and confused. Then Chris Jericho asked him to “calm the f*** down.” Eventually, Bray Wyatt picked the win for SmackDown when he pinned Roman Reigns.
