CM Punk has always been in the conversation of pro wrestling, now more than ever. His signing to All Elite Wrestling has sent shock waves throughout the pro wrestling world.

But there are a few wrestlers who aren’t a fan of AEW’s new signing. The former forty-nine time 24/7 champion, R-Truth, has totally ripped into the ‘Best in the World’ on TikTok.

Truth dissed Punk by responding to a fan on TikTok. The fan posted an audio clip from 2014 of Punk on Colt Cabana’s podcast. In the small clip, ‘The Best in the World’ was telling the story of why he was despondent during his decisive years with WWE. He also talked about the time WWE had him & ‘The Game’ lose to the team of Awesome Truth, comprising Miz and R-Truth in a tag team match at WWE’s Vengeance 2011

Replying to Punk via the fan, Truth said,

“CM Punk you lost to me and Miz cause we were HOTTER than you sorry, and I neva thought you were impressive at all, just typical entitlement.”

WWE Hall of Famer is unhappy with CM Punk dragging WWE’s name

Two time WWE Hall of Famer, King Booker T criticized ‘The Best in the World‘ for imploring WWE’s name in his AEW debut promo.

“CM Punk came back, and he had 10 full television minutes to go out there and make his point as far as Punk is coming back. He had the perfect crowd to be able to go out there and really… I’m talking about, have a party up in that United Center. But, CM Punk came back and took his moment and chose to talk about WWE. That right there was a total miss as far as I’m concerned.” (H/t Ringside News)

However, the fans feel the promo was absolutely perfect. It had everything the fans wanted to hear. Since WWE did Punk wrong, it was only fair of him to drag WWE’s name in his promo.
