2023 could see a new record-breaking year for AEW. There are reportedly over 78,149+ tickets sold for their All In pay-per-view event; which means they have broken WrestleMania 3’s record. According to a report in Wrestling Observer Newsletter, with just 2,520 tickets more, AEW could break WrestleMania 32’s record. This will make them the biggest paid pro wrestling show of all time.

WWE’s WrestleMania holds the title of hosting the largest attendance for a pro-wrestling event, with WrestleMania having 80,709 fans in attendance. The show was held at the AT&T Stadium in Dallas, TX. On the other hand, AEW is being hosted at Wembley Stadium and can accommodate 87,825 fans.

WWE has boasted about WrestleMania III having 93,000 fans in attendance in the Pontiac Silverdome in Detroit, the number has been largely disputed, with the actual number being still an impressive 78,000. According to WON, All In has passed that number.

This comes after Triple H recently said, “I didn’t want to grow up dreaming to be the champion or the face of a secondary promotion” while talking about Cody Rhodes leaving AEW to return to the WWE.

Meanwhile, Tony Khan of AEW openly called out The Game for his comments. Taking the current sales as a massive point, he claimed that AEW is not secondary in the UK. He continued that in certain markets, WWE was secondary to AEW.

With AEW on the verge of breaking WWE’s attendance record, things are looking bright for Tony Khan’s promotion. But there is only one match confirmed for AEW’s All In. MJF will be taking on Adam Cole for the AEW World Championship.

However, Dave Meltzer addressed this by saying that there were rumors that FTR vs. Young Bucks, Kenny Omega vs. Konosuke Takeshita, Will Ospreay vs. Chris Jericho, and BCC vs. Eddie Kingston & Orange Cassidy could also be on the card.

With ECW legend Rob Van Dam making his AEW debut against Jack Perry, fans expect to see the former-WWE star at All In. Several rumors and predictions are circulating the internet, but no one knows what may happen at the event. While, without a doubt, this will be the biggest AEW show, fans are expecting major surprises.
