Bray Wyatt is done with his non-compete clause following his WWE release. However, he hasn’t actually hinted at joining or joined any wrestling promotion since.
The most common prediction about his future was that Wyatt would end up at AEW. Unfortunately, that’s not what happened. He didn’t actually have a conversation with Tony Khan about joining the company at all.
Tony Khan confirmed that he hasn’t had a conversation with Wyatt about him joining AEW.

“I like Windham a lot. We’ll see what happens, you know, I haven’t talked to him about it ever, about him coming to AEW. The last time I saw Windham was at Chris Jericho’s birthday party and it was a pretty late night, and it was last year. So, it’s a very different world. I only briefly saw him in passing — I was heading out while he was heading in. It was a pretty late night, but I think he’s a wonderful person and a really great talent.” H/t Wrestling Inc
Hopefully, Wyatt and Khan will work something out when the time comes.

Bray Wyatt is taking his skills somewhere else
While Wyatt is done with his non-compete clause, he isn’t coming back to pro-wrestling. It’s unknown if he’ll ever actually come back to pro-wrestling or not.
However, he’s actually working with someone who has worked with his WWE character, The Fiend, before. The duo are going to shoot for a feature film, and currently, Bray Wyatt is preparing for that.
As for the details of the feature film, not much is known. So far the details known are that it’s not bringing forth his WWE character, but it’s a whole fresh approach that will actually appeal to his fans and individuals who enjoy horror movies.

Is this the end of his pro-wrestling career?
If Wyatt never returns to pro-wrestling, it would truly be a huge loss for the industry.

When he was working with WWE, he worked with the top Superstars who are currently champions. In fact, his last storyline in WWE was with current Raw tag team champion, Randy Orton.
