Tony Khan has a diverse roster available at his disposal ranging from marquee experienced stars to exciting prospects. However, AEW has had issues with managing its resources efficiently. They haven’t figured out a balance in utilizing their massive arsenal in the right way. This is something that various fans complain about as they wish to see their favorite wrestlers perform inside the ring. Recently, even a wrestler took a shot at AEW for the same.

Kamille reportedly signed with Khan’s promotion eventually after she had received offers from WWE. Despite snubbing NXT, Khan has not used the superstar yet, and this has seemingly angered the 31-year-old.

Kamille throws shade at Tony Khan after a fan made a clever reference to her NWA World Women’s championship reign

Kamille became a free agent in January 2024. After a couple of months of negotiation and deliberation, she decided to join Tony Khan’s AEW. This decision hasn’t proved fruitful so far as she has scarcely graced the squared circle of AEW. A fan asked her on X, “Do we have to wait 813 days to see you in a ring again?” This number amounted to the number of days that she reigned as the NWA Women’s World Champion. To this, Kamille replied, “At this point that may be a possibility.” To add to the scandal Kamille resorted to a drastic measure to avoid further controversy.

Soon after, fans saw that she deleted the tweet as it may have been risky for her relationship with AEW. Thinking optimistically, the reason behind this could be that she could return to AEW soon. However, that’s a hopeful thought.

She is not the only star that Tony Khan is currently keeping out of focus despite having a lot of potential. Two more stars have been urged to leave the Jacksonville-based company.

The 41-year-old continues to repeat the known pattern by keeping two male wrestlers other than Kamille unhappy after not utilizing them properly. One of them is Ricky Starks. The former FTW champion last made an appearance in the promotion on the 30th of March this year. When asked about the reason for his absence, Starks confirmed that he is in perfect health but doesn’t have a clue as to why Tony Khan hasn’t used him on AEW programming.

Moreover, Hook is someone who recently ended a storyline involving a wrestling veteran in the form of Chris Jericho. However, he is also being encouraged to leave the promotion and join WWE instead. Both wrestlers were urged by wrestling insiders and noteworthy figures to join NXT. Perhaps Kamille may choose to follow in their footsteps if they jump ships.
