Apart from the drama revolving around WrestleMania, another thing fans have been talking about is Sasha Banks’ AEW debut. She joined NJPW after leaving WWE back in 2022 and her contract at New Japan Pro Wrestling has expired. This gives her the free agent status and she can make her way to any promotion of her liking.
While fans and experts are torn apart about whether she will return to WWE or debut at AEW, Banks’s latest social media post left everyone scratching their heads.

In a recent story posted by her on Instagram, Mercedes Mone can be seen playing the newest WWE video game. In the picture, we can see her along with her two corgis and a very special friend. While she was not playing, one of her friends who was playing it was a special pro wrestling star, Vincent a.k.a Triple V. V was playing with another friend of his while Banks was spectating the game.
For those who are not aware, Triple V or Vincent was born with Down Syndrome. He happens to be the first pro wrestler suffering from the syndrome and dreams of making it big in WWE, to help and support his sister and his family. While we still don’t know when Triple V will make his way to WWE, it looks like he is enjoying the WWE 2k24.
And about Mercedes Mone, she has shaken up the internet lately. The main reason for that is she has left her fans confused more than ever. On one hand she hangs out with WWE stars hinting at a WWE return. On the other hand, official reports suggest otherwise.

Tony Khan’s plans for 2024
Reports have revealed what Khan’s four major events for 2024 are. And all these will happen within one month of each other. The first on the list was Sting’s retirement match and Will Ospreay’s AEW debut match. While the exact timeline of Ospreay’s debut did not come to light, rumors suggested it would happen around the time of Sting’s final match. Fans saw Ospreay at the AEW Revolution locking horns with Konosuke Takeshita.

The two other things on the list were Kazuchika Okada’s AEW debut and Mercedes Mone f.k.a Sasha Banks making her way to AEW. While the exact timeline of these two events was not given, it could be expected that one event might follow the other. Okada has signed with AEW and is an official part of the roster.
