Yesterday, Khan, via his official Twitter account, broke the sad piece of news that his pet dog, Shanelle, crossed the rainbow bridge on her 15th birthday. He disclosed that his sister, Shanna Khan, was the one who brought her to the house in 2008, after the demise of their previous pet dog, Darth Vader/Big Van Vader, who was brought in 1997.
Continuing further, he wrote Shanelle was the queen of the house and the smartest dog he ever met. She would switch between staying with his parents and his sister. She enjoyed watching TV and barking at any animals that appeared on screen, particularly during commercial breaks. Khan labeled Shanelle as the ‘Queen of the house’.

So sorry for your loss Tony. It is my firm belief that Shanelle is now enjoying time meeting Vader and comparing Khan family notes. They’ll always be there, in our hearts, in our minds, as the spirits that watch over us from whatever is next.
