WWE Legend and Hall of Famer Ric Flair was invited to the podcast The Wrestling Classics. In the newest Casual Conversations with The Classic episode, the host Justin talked to The Nature Boy about Charlotte Flair, MJF, his rivals, Randy Orton, and much more. During a segment in the interview, Flair talked about his return to AEW and the chances of his return to Wrestling.
Ric Flair gives an update on his retirement status
Ric Flair is The Undertaker of wrestling, except he returns from retirement every time. Thus, he gave clarity on his wrestling career and retirement status. He said, “My health is good. I’ve been cleared. I can get in the ring. I’m not [going] to wrestle. Let’s clarify that.”

Flair wrestled his last match in WWE against Shawn Michaels at WrestleMania XXIV. But, since then, he has wrestled many matches for many promotions including TNA and indie circuits. In fact, his last wrestling match was in July 2022 when he fought Jeff Jarret and Jay Lethal while teaming up with his son-in-law Andrade El Idolo.
Hence, upon his arrival at AEW a few months ago, fans speculated another wrestling match for the 74-year-old.
