Recently, a fan, Tara Baird, tweeted thanking Keith Lee on Twitter. They showed gratitude towards Lee after his AEW debut. The tweet said,
“@RealKeithLee I know that this is going to sound ridiculously stupid. But I lost my father a little over a week ago and seeing on my tv last night was the happiest & most exciting I’ve been since he passed away. So, for that I just wanted to say thank you & WELCOME BACK!”
Lee was obviously touched and replied, “I relate in a multitude of similar scenarios. If it has eaten you up like the past 2 years have done to me…. then I am more than honored to have offered some sort of reprieve.”
“I hope that over time, I can help you in your healing process. Keep your head up. I believe in you.”
