After months of low viewership and dips that should be worrying, things seem to have turned around for Khan and AEW. Taking to social media, the AEW head honcho had some good news for the fans. The news was regarding the surge of views AEW Dynamite gained. Khan said, “Thanks to your incredible support, Wednesday Night #AEWDynamite on TBS was the #1 show on cable yesterday!”

Khan also posted a list of all the shows that aired on the day. AEW occupied the #1 spot, which it not had been on for quite some time. While this is great news for the company, keeping it steady and continuing the viewership numbers is the real challenge. AEW Dynamite’s main event saw Joe retain his title after locking Hook in the Coquina Clutch for the win. The notable AEW figure will hope not to let this momentum slip as he aims to weave his magic for the upcoming events.

Recently, Khan has been doing all he can to ensure AEW stays on top. This includes some questionable remarks on social media regarding WWE and its people. While not taken seriously, many veterans of the business have put their foot down towards this kind of behavior.
