This week on Tuesday morning, the internet went wild after the news of WWE signing Jade Cargill went viral on all social media platforms. As per the latest news, the Stamford-based juggernaut spent quite an enormous amount to acquire the former AEW talent.

That said, WWE legend, Bully Ray (aka Bubba Ray Dudley) recently took a shot at Tony Khan and implied that AEW didn’t do justice to Cargill’s potential. He also claimed that WWE will do a better job bringing out the talent inside the former AEW TBS Champion.

ESPN was the first to break the news to the wrestling community. WWE then confirmed the news on its official X (formerly known as Twitter) account, saying that Cargill has signed a multi-year contract with the pro wrestling promotion.

Reacting to this post, Ray tweeted, “And now you will see her utilized to her maximum potential.” It was clearly a scathing attack on Tony Khan and his creative team’s booking prowess, hinting that they haven’t used Cargill to her maximum potential.

He implied that what the Jacksonville-based company failed to do, WWE will surely accomplish it. Ray has full confidence in WWE and its creative minds. The prestige wrestling promotion has the expectations to deliver given the amount they splurged to recruit her.

The reason is that the Stamford-based promotion is not ready to meet the money offer they asked for. While this is going on one side, on the other, the promotion splashed the cash to hire Cargill.
