While we are quite accustomed to seeing the bad blood between two of the biggest global wrestling promotions AEW and WWE, some occasional displays of exception blow our minds. Something similar has been seen in a pleasant social media interaction between Maxwell Jacob Freedman (MJF) and Baron Corbin. Corbin, 39, has shown some love to the recently released MJF T-shirt after the former AEW Champion made a prompt effort to keep the exclusivity of Corbin’s Lone Wolf moniker intact.

MJF never faces a scarcity of escapades to rise to the headline regularly. Apart from the consistent improvement in his craft, The Salt in The Earth’s over-the-top antics on and off the ring made him a quintessential factor on Twitter AEW gossip. But this time around, the 28-year-old came off as a watchdog of AEW higher-up’s inattentiveness, spotting a potential case of gimmick infringement.

After revealing renewed contract details on the AEW Double or Nothing night, MJF returned to the fray on the June 5th episode of Dynamite, putting every man on the roster on notice. To mark his momentous re-arrival, the company launched a new set of merchandise to his name. TNA star Matt Morgan reckons WWE is perfect for Freedman

Swapping of stars between AEW and WWE has been a norm lately. From Jade Cargill to Marcedes Mone, a handful of stars carry the testament. TNA icon Matt Morgan believes the next in the card should be MJF. Given his extraordinary mic skill and in-ring prowess, the 47-year-old thinks WWE will do more justice to MJF’s talent than Tony Khan.

Elaborating on his stance more, Morgan noted in a recent edition of the Gigantic Pop podcast,” I really do wish he would have gone to WWE because he is a talent that could not have just swum. I think he could have sharked on people. He could have eaten tons of people in that company on promos, on the microphone, and in the ring, that company being WWE. I really wanted to see him go there.”
