Even though the rumors of the 31-year-old joining AEW were already in the air, a report on it might thrill fans more. When NJPW announced the date of their biggest collaborative PPV with AEW, known as Forbidden Door, fans couldn’t resist speculating further. They believed that they would witness some of the dream matches of Mone in AEW.

He said, “I have a ton of respect for the IWGP Women’s World Champion. She’s a tremendous wrestler. I wouldn’t want to comment on discussions I’m having with any wrestler who’s a free agent.”

This praise of Moné by Khan might develop into something exciting for wrestling fans in the coming days. However, until any official announcement, we can only speculate.
