And, former NJPW star and current AEW talent, Kenny Omega is one of the major stars of that domain.
Recently, The Cleaner Kenny Omega went live on his Twitch and spoke highly of John Cena. For years, fans have often wondered what their match-up would be like, and because of their promotional differences, it remains a fantasy. However, soon after Omega heaped praises on Cena, the 16X World Champion teased the fans in his style.
John Cena teases match against Kenny Omega in his own cryptic style

The Instagram handle of John Cena is a weird place, and fans often find it hard to decrypt his posts. Recently, he continued that cycle and teased WWE and wrestling fans with their dream match. Prior to this, Cena versus AJ Styles was a dream match, but WWE made sure to fulfill it.
However, with Omega in AEW, and Cena with WWE, this dream match is still ages away. The Leader of Cenation acknowledged Omega’s comments and hinted toward the much-awaited bout against The Cleaner. Cena took to his Instagram account and posted an NJPW-era image of Kenny Omega.

As soon as Cena uploaded the image fans lost their calm. The comment section was soon filled up with fans being hyped about their match, or appreciating Cena’s acknowledgment of Omega. Some of the comments stated,
“Kenny Omega to WWE confirmed”
“Kenny vs cena we needs it”
“The cleaner vs the GOAT???”
“Real recognises real.”
“Cena we need this match 🔥”
“He cooking this morning”
Although this match still remains a dream, fans can always fantasize about their own booking.
Omega, meanwhile is rumored to have signed a new contract with AEW, and Cena is busy with his Hollywood schedule and so wrestling fanatics are left to wonder when and where this dream match might take place.

Kenny Omega speaks highly of John Cena
A few days ago going live on his Twitch stream, AEW star Kenny Omega made sure to validate and acknowledge WWE legend John Cena. Speaking on his stream he said, “No, I have not [met Cena], but I think he’s great. Great professional wrestler. He’s done an incredible amount for the business.”
Omega is currently sidelined with diverticulitis, and fans hope to see him return to in-ring action soon. WWE star Brock Lesnar has also been known to have gone through the same issues, but The Beast Incarnate overcame those for a successful MMA and WWE career.
