The feud between Jeff Jarrett and Ric Flair is getting heated and there is no stopping it. Whether it be Twitter or interviews, both veterans are spewing acid onto each other. Ric Flair’s last match PPV is going to see both of these veterans pair up with current wrestlers and beat the hell out of each other.

On one side of the coin, we have Flair with his son-in-law and AEW superstar Andrade El Idolo. On the other is Jeff Jarrett with another person who has major heat with Flair, Jay Lethal.

The event is going to act as a PPV, with many championship matches taking place before it. But the PPV is going to take place one day after WWE’s biggest party of the summer, SummerSlam. While wrestling fans will be tired out by the previous event, with the big money-making match, Roman Reigns vs Brock Lesnar. It’ll be interesting to see if Nashville can hold two great wrestling shows one after another.

Jeff Jarrett trash talks about Ric Flair

On My World Podcast, Jeff Jarrett talks about his ongoing feud with Ric Flair and his reason for hitting the 73-year-old while being only 55.

He said, “He got exactly what he deserved in that parking lot. You would think that he would drop his ego for just a minute, and let me helo him up, which I tried for about 5 minutes. He cusses me out, he cusses me out in front of my wife. This is something much bigger than me. It’s the disease of addiction. It will kill you. I take it seriously every day and Ric doesn’t take it seriously.

In the interview, Jarrett plucks out the thorn on Flair’s side, his alcohol abuse issues. In 2017, Ric Flair went into a coma because of said abuse and vied to get off alcohol altogether. But in recent videos and tweets, the Nature Boy suggested that he would be going to a bar or finishing another drink.

This has led many people to be critical of Flair’s approach to wrestling. If the 73-year-old doesn’t control his intake, it would be life-threatening for him on the wrestling mat at the end of July.
