Taking to his official X handle (formerly known as Twitter), Dustin Rhodes shared a post where he had a few words to share with people struggling with mental health. He opened up on the fact that he too struggles with it and they are not alone. He wrote, “For those in need: Sometimes we have bad days, and we feel like nothing is working right which sends us over ledge a little……, but…., it is ok to have a crappy day. Sometime God is telling you to slow down, or to rest. As hard as we go each day, it is important to give yourself some love. There are million’s struggling with mental issues, including myself, but we must recognize that we are loved and everything will be ok. #JustBreathe #KeepSteppin”

This is a beautiful message by Rhodes, as it is important to realize that one is not alone in this battle and there are others too fighting the same battle. And while Rhodes is trying to be headstrong, the legend still feels he just has a few years of pro wrestling left in him.
