“I’m Certain It Went Viral” – Wrestling Icon Arn Anderson Recalls How Big E Hilariously Used His Picture on Dating Profile

WWE Intercontinental champion Big E is known for his pranks. As a part of the iconic New Day, E, Kofi Kingston, and Xavier Woods played quite a few pranks on multiple Superstars.

Thanks to a recent piece of information, it seems E is as mischievous outside the ring as he is inside. WWE Hall of Famer and current AEW roster member Arn Anderson revealed Big E once set up a dating profile using Anderson’s picture.

During the Ask Arn Anything episode of his ARN podcast, Anderson revealed the hilarious incident. The photo was of Anderson’s younger days in WWE (then WWF) as a topless AA ironed a shirt in the backstage area.

Anderson was unaware of the prank for a long time and joked how Big E disappointed quite a few ladies who wanted to get together with one of the original members of the iconic Four Horsemen.

“Well, number one, I’m certain it went viral. Which means that Big E now is responsible for making all those ladies, just miserable, because they got turned down obviously.

“Cause I am married for 30-something years, 38 I believe…. happily married for 38 years. So what Big E did was throw me out as bait and no cigar. But I’ve not heard of that,” Anderson concluded.

The Intercontinental Champion first found his success with the hilarious Tag Team group, The New Day. He, Kingston, and Woods embarked on an incredible journey that was initially not appreciated.

As we reported earlier, many people tried to “bury” the Trio. E revealed, “These were the same conversations we were having when we were starting as a trio. When people said, ‘No, the way you’re behaving now, as a faction, does not work. It will not work.’ And we proved people wrong. We proved that we could forge our own path.”

“We were told that time and time again, but we did it on our own,” Big E revealed Talking Smack. “I’m so proud of that. We stepped out on our own, that we did what we felt right to us. That we trusted our gut. We trusted our intuition, we said, Kofi, Woods, E, we’re gonna do us because we believe in us as a trio.”

The New Day are the longest-reigning Tag Team Champions at 483 days. Their “power of positivity” gimmick and hilarious pranks have gotten the attention of fans and critics alike.

Big E is the current Intercontinental Champion after he won the title from Sami Zayn last year. He will most likely have a feud with Apollo Crews after the latter injured E two weeks ago on SmackDown.
