The prospects of Mercedes Mone (fka Sasha Banks) were certainly a big deal for all the wrestling enthusiasts around the globe. They wanted to know if she would make a comeback in the WWE after a months-long hiatus due to an injury. However, Fightful recently cleared the air around her comeback and reported that she is no longer in talks and is expected to appear elsewhere.
The bargain bash no longer exists, and the two ultimately failed to lock up the deal. This was informed to Fightful via WWE sources. It is also noted that Mone could appear somewhere else but this has not been confirmed thus far. FYI, her contract with the WWE suddenly came to an end when she and Trinity (Naomi) walked out of the company due to some creative differences. On one hand, Trinity became a part of Impact Wrestling whereas Mone wrestled a few of the matches in NJPW until she sustained an ankle injury and was out of action for a while.
