Fulham got off to a mixed start in the English Premier League with 1 win and 1 loss so far. The English side had a tough task ahead of them if they wished to claim all three points as they faced Arsenal. Moreover, Arsenal embarking on a positive run so far didn’t fare well for the prospect of Khan’s side.

The two teams faced off in an epic clash, which was tilted in the favor of Arsenal with a lead of 2-1. However, despite going a man down Joao Palhinha scored a sensational goal in the 87th minute to give Fulham a draw, making the score 2-2.

As his team prevented a loss, Khan couldn’t contain his excitement and took to his Twitter to post a picture. While it might just be a mere coincidence, Fulham pulling up their own against a tough opposition proves his mother’s birthday luck worked in his favor.

With this, Khan’s team sits at 11th place, while Arsenal still sits pretty at 3rd place. Fulham FC will now take on Tottenham Hotspur in EFL Cup duties next. While that is certainly an important match, Khan, however, would look to turn his attention to the other event at Wembley.
