A prime example of this is their latest debutant that appeared on AEW Rampage recently, Harley Jane. The newest addition to the roster is a real-life hero in her own right. The woman seen going head to head with AEW TBS champion Jade Cargill was not even fit to be near a wrestling ring a few years ago. In fact, she was admitted to the hospital for a severe medical condition.

Harley recently described her in-ring debut experience, stating that this was her dream while she was fighting for her life. She thanked AEW for the opportunity on Twitter.

Jane mentioned to her dad about her aspirations of becoming a pro wrestler while she was admitted to the hospital. While he might have not taken it seriously back then, he surely must be proud of his daughter’s achievement.

Harley Jane makes good on her promise to her dad

Harley Jane was admitted to a hospital after suffering a stroke. The medical personnel kept her in the ICU and she had a long road to recovery. Moreover, the desire to become a wrestler is what helped her fight against all odds. She then became a prodigy at Dustin Rhodes’ wrestling school, Rhodes Wrestling Academy. Jane had even tweeted about her journey from the ICU to making her debut for Tony Khan in AEW.

Furthermore, she has also been active in spreading awareness about suffering strokes to help people overcome them. Harley Jane made her in-ring debut under the ring name Genesis, answering Jade Cargill’s open challenge on AEW Rampage this week.
