Ice Cube’s son, O’Shea Jackson Jr., has a reputation for sharing his thoughts on social media. Be it positive or negative, the rapper’s son doesn’t shy away from making his opinions known. A passionate wrestling fan, Jackson follows both the WWE and AEW. While a fan of everything that pro wrestling offers, he doesn’t hesitate to call out stars who offer bizarre takes on certain subjects in pro wrestling.
Case in point, he recently called out Triple H’s close friend after hearing what they said about Tony Khan‘s new superstar.
O’Shea Jackson Jr. calls out Kevin Nash for dissing Hook on AEW

Kevin Nash has seen his ups and downs in the business. Working for both the WWE and WCW, he was a household name in the ’80s-’90s. Big Daddy Cool was part of many factions that shaped the pre-modern wrestling business. However, his thoughts on some wrestlers have come off as harsh and unwarranted. The most recent being AEW’s rising star, Hook. Nash said, “I don’t see how that’s Taz’s kid.” along with berating him with, “Doesn’t have the money to buy apparel.”

Tyler Cole Senerchia, otherwise known as Hook, is the son of Peter Senerchia, a.k.a Tazz. Tazz is currently the color commentator for AEW Dynamite. While being the notable wrestling personality’s son, Hook has gained respect and criticism for his lanky frame.
However, in AEW, Tony Khan has pushed him to be the next big star, squaring off with AEW’s World Champion Samoa Joe. Despite not adding to the win column, Hook put on a valiant effort against the champion in January. He also refused to bow down in the face of adversity after incurring punishment at the hands of Joe after the match. Nevertheless, the WWE legend found many things lacking about the young rising AEW star.

These were Nash’s gripes about Hook. Taking to social media, Jackson said, “I don’t see how that’s Taz’s kid.” ? Is f**ked up to say. I hope Hook uses s**t like this for motivation.” While preferring the WWE over AEW, Jackson has stated in the past that he loves many of the stars on AEW’s roster. However, this wasn’t the first time Nash irked wrestling fans.
Kevin Nash not showing up for Sting’s retirement match rubbed fans the wrong way
At AEW Revolution, the Icon Sting wrestled his final match. With Ric Flair by his side, he and Darby Allin faced The Young Bucks. Nash was asked about not being involved, and he said that he wasn’t physically capable of adding to the match. He also suggested that his allegiance to WWE would not allow him to appear and aid Sting in any way for his last match.

While this reasoning holds weight, wrestling fans claimed that he could’ve just shown up to support his old friend. Many wrestling fans called him out for not showing up because he wouldn’t get paid to do it.
