PWInsider recently shared a report in which they gave an update about The Charismatic Enigma’s DUI case. The report said, “He is currently slated for a pre-trial hearing on 2/23 in Florida that is listed as a case management conference.” It further stated how previously there was a mention in the court records between the two sides to come to a sort of plea deal regarding his DUI arrest. But there has been no official word in the court records.
Furthermore, this was the pro wrestler’s third offense in the last ten years. The former WWE world champion was also found driving his car with a canceled license and there were a few “violation of restrictions” on his driving license.
This could lead to a punishment of five-year imprisonment for Hardy, as his primary charge is a felony under Florida law. All the other charges are misdemeanors. Last year on June 28th, Hardy had filed a written plea of being not guilty with the court.
