The world is waiting in anticipation for the in ring debut of CM Punk at All Elite Wrestling’s All Out pay-per-view. This will be Punk’s first match in the squared circle in seven long years.
However, Punk is dropping some juicy hints at potential new signings for AEW. It could be none other than former WWE World Champion Daniel Bryan. Speaking to Renee Paquette on her “Oral Sessions” podcast, CM revealed his dream match up in AEW.

“I don’t think it’s necessarily giving away spoilers. It’s me putting my booker hat with all the possibilities. I would do CM Punk and The American Dragon versus The Young Bucks.”

Punk’s return to wrestling at AEW: Rampage was a sight to behold. Now if Daniel Bryan joins the fray, we can only imagine what it could mean for the company. The arena would be buzzing with electricity if the ‘Leader of the Yes movement’ were to set foot in it.
As of now, there has been no official statement from any parties, however, there have been enough hints to make us think the rumors might be true.

First Go To Sleep in seven years from CM Punk
We don’t know how long it has been since we’ve seen ‘The Best in the World‘ hit his finisher. Punk was attacked by Daniel Garcia and 2point0 on AEW Dynamite. Even though heavily outnumbered, Punk did his best to fend off the ambush. Out of nowhere, Sting and Darby Allin came out to even the odds.

It was a treat to see Allin help his opponent ahead of AEW All Out. It will be Punk’s official match in literally years. We cannot wait for it!
