NXT 2.0 has seen the debut of many new superstars. One of them is the son of a veteran wrestler, Rick Steiner. However, CM Punk gave his thoughts on Bron Breakker’s name.
The All Elite Wrestling Superstar took to Twitter the share his views with the world. But we feel there is a hint of sarcasm with the compliment.
Punk’s tweet in reply to a fan who wrote, “They have found the man who is going to save the future of men’s wrestling in WWE. Y‘all will get used to the name “Bron Breakker.” I agree it’s stupid but try to remember the first time you heard names like “CM Punk” and “Roman Reigns” etc, etc etc. goober names just become names over time if the wrestler isn’t a**”

To this ‘The Best in the World’ tweeted,
CM Punk is the ultimate stupid name. Bron is awesome and going to be fine. He should be Steiner, but it’s not his fault. Changing my name to “Killer Brooks”

Not blocked. Should I block ‘em? I’ll block you too. Changing my name to Blockhiem Fil.

Regardless of Punk’s comments, his reply surely made the fan’s day.
Following his debut and win over LA Knight last week, Bron Breakker closed NXT with a showdown with NXT Champion Tommaso Ciampa. This week Breakker teamed up with Ciampa in a winning effort against Pete Dunne and Ridge Holland in the main event. At this point, Breakker looks to have a powerful push at NXT 2.0.

The fans cannot wait for Punk to step foot in the squared circle again and put Hobbs to Sleep. Many expected the two to battle it out at AEW Dynamite Grand Slam. However, AEW saved the best for last and added the match to AEW Rampage’s 2-hour special episode from the Arthur Ashe Stadium.
