Chris Jericho’s first major promotion was ECW. He stayed there for a year and moved to WCW before eventually settling with WWE from 1999 to 2018.

Y2J not only focused on his character’s evolution but also made sure that his physical shape backed him up. In the above image from his time in WCW, Jericho was 27 years old. This phase of Jericho with strong biceps and long hair lasted in the WWE until 2005. His physique looked even better in WWE!

Y2J took a two-year hiatus from WWE, continued work with his band Fozzy, and returned in 2007. Jericho’s shape only got better, meaning he was putting in the work despite not wrestling for two years. Talk about consistency! Not just that, but he came back with short hair.

During this second run, he won the World Heavyweight Championship and had a classic rivalry with WWE Hall of Famer Shawn Michaels. And did we mention he was 37 when he returned in 2007? Not kidding, this is his physique when he was 37.

Over the next few years until 2014, Chris Jericho continued to evolve, but the ‘Man of 1004 holds’ put on some weight too. It wasn’t a significant add on as he continued to wrestle the same way he did earlier. And if you look at it this way, he was in good shape after crossing the 40 mark!

One would think if you cross the 45 mark, you’d probably have a tough time keeping up with your shape. That wasn’t the case for Jericho! In fact, his shape improved drastically as he marched towards the 50 mark. Look at the image below. He was 48 here!

Jericho moved out of the WWE bubble and went to NJPW for some exciting contests. His physique heading in 2019 and 2020 is catching up with his age, but it is no barrier for his wrestling skills. He still works the same way as he did 20 years ago!

Some NBA fans recently made fun of Jericho’s body, and well, it is easy for someone to do that. The trolling didn’t bother ‘Le Champion’ as he reminded everyone that he’s still going on top of the game and the trolls don’t budge him.
