WWE is on a roll in bringing back the talents it lost to other organizations, whether it be the electrifying return of Dwayne “the Rock” Johnson, the jaw-dropping homecoming of Cody Rhodes, or the shocking return of “The Cult of Personality” CM Punk,

And when we thought we could not see another comeback, Andrade El Idolo quit AEW and is now rumored to rejoin WWE. WWE’s Charlotte had been in a relationship with Andrade since 2018 before the two tied the knot in 2022. The two worked together in WWE before Andrade departed from the company in 2021 to join AEW; however, it seems like the duo will finally get to work in the same promotion again, and all it took was some convincing from his lady love.

According to a report by Fightful, Charlotte was a major factor behind Andrade packing things up with AEW and gearing for a possible WWE return. In fact, this is not something new for them, as apparently, it was Andrare who pushed Ric Flair towards joining AEW. “We’re told that Charlotte pushed for an Andrade return to WWE, and Andrade had actually pushed for Ric Flair to come into AEW.”

So, while it looks like his partner wants him to return to the biggest promotion in the world, what are the odds of this happening?

Some backstage details on the return

After losing his last match for AEW against Miro at the Worlds End pay-per-view on December 30, 2023, Andrade has remained a free agent. According to a report by Fightful Select, though there is no proper confirmation of Andrade returning to WWE, an agreement is in place.
