AEW is giving a tough competition to WWE. With CM Puk back at their helm, AEW is out to get WWE. To combat this, WWE has brought out the likes of Becky Lynch and Brock Lesnar at SummerSlam.

However, not everyone is bothered about this ‘competition.’ Becky Lynch came back to WWE after more than a year of inactivity due to pregnancy. Many superstars especially female superstars welcomed her back.

Although not a superstar, Amanda Huber is well-known to the pro wrestling world. She is the widow of Late Brodie Lee fka Luke Harper, and the mother of Brodie Lee Jr. Amanda is a good friend of many superstars including Tamina, Natalya, Tay Conti, and obviously Becky Lynch.

Lynch announced her return to WWE, on social media with a picture of her holding the SmackDown Women’s Title. She captioned the picture with “I’m Back” (a subtle nod to CM Punk’s AEW debut).

Brodie Lee was a good friend to both Becky Lynch and her husband Seth Rollins. From that aspect, Amanda is a family friend of theirs. In the same thread, Frankie Monet, Lita, Lillian Garcia, CJ ‘Lana’ Perry, Brandi Rhodes, Wade Barrett also welcomed her back.

The future of Becky Lynch in WWE

Lynch came back to WWE at SummerSlam and promptly won the SmackDown Women’s Title. She defeated Bianca Belair in under a minute to win her fifth title in WWE.

However, by doing so, Lynch put some serious targets on her back. For example, she would now face Belair, Sasha Banks (who was originally going to compete against Belair), Carmella, Zelina Vega, and many more.

However, recent reports suggest that Lynch would now turn into a heel. WWE is planning to build her as the top heel for the blue brand. This would be interesting to see as Lynch never had a proper heel turn before.

WWE has brought back Lynch to garner more crowd into their live shows. A heel Becky would be great on the mic, hence, she would be great for business. We would have to see how this transition from face to heel goes.
