Tony Khan reacts to the official WWE vs AEW ratings
The AEW CEO reacted on the ratings on Twitter.
He tried to explain the significance of the ratings win in the current context of the wrestling business. Check out Tony Khan’s Twitter post.
If anyone thinks I consider being a top 7 show on cable anything but a huge win, they’re incorrect. A win in the demo is a win in the business, and this is a business. I know the industry wasn’t talking about the demo as much 20 years ago, but it’s what drives our revenue today.

The Wednesday Night war will certainly bring out the best of both companies. Cody Rhodes may be new to the war but The Game is an experienced campaigner.
Triple H was a part of the Monday Night Wars. The only difference being that back then he was a performer, now he is the creator.
There are a few similarities in this War as well. AEW vs NXT has one key thing similar to WWE vs WCW.
